As an Intellectual Property Paralegal, Robyn files U.S. and foreign trademark applications, working with clients to obtain filing information and with foreign associates to complete the filing, and communicating with clients about the status of their applications. She also maintains client dockets in order to keep track of important deadlines and handles the filing of owner updates, assignment recordation and trademark maintenance in the U.S. and foreign countries.
Robyn enjoys working with the firm's diverse clients, and foreign associates, from whom she learns about each country's laws and trademark requirements.
Outside of work, Robyn likes to spend time at the family lake home in northern Minnesota including lake gazing on dock duty, bird watching and enjoying visits from the diverse wildlife, such as deer, wild turkeys, foxes and bears. She also enjoys vegetable and flower gardening, cooking and caring for her adorable but sometimes stubborn shih tzu.
