For nearly 40 years, Pam has been supporting the Merchant & Gould community. Starting in 1985 as a file clerk, she eventually moved to the Human Resources department and was promoted to Human Resources Director. She has remained in this role, cementing herself as a steady foundational component of Merchant & Gould.
A Passion for Supporting People
Thanks to her vast knowledge and experience, Pam successfully balances a wide range of duties. She handles event planning, helping employees with issues, working out compensation details, carrying out the employee reviews process and more.
A natural problem solver and people person, Pam seeks to understand everyone’s strengths and weaknesses to help them find a cohesive balance. She believes in the employees at Merchant & Gould and helps them succeed by:
