Intellectual Property Litigation is a fast-paced environment, and as a senior litigation paralegal, Kristin finds that there is no typical day at the firm. She might prepare pleadings for filing in Federal Court, organize documents for a deposition, and manage discovery issues one day and the next day, travel out of state to provide trial support. She is particularly experienced in administering electronic discovery procedures that follow the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, from collecting client documents, processing for review and case analysis, and preparing productions.

Kristin joined Merchant & Gould in 2005. She enjoys the challenges of the job , working with the wonderful people at Merchant & Gould, as well as networking with third-party vendors.

With two boys at home, Kristin keeps busy running them between sporting events and spending summer days at the baseball field. She also enjoys traveling and spending time at her cabin.

“I'm a go-getter who keeps everything organized and finds a way to get the job done.”
