For over 16 years, Jenna has served clients and assisted the legal teams at Merchant &amp; Gould. She began as a Client Records Specialist where she mastered various skills in conflict of interest searching, software, and research.

<p>For over 16 years, Jenna has served clients and assisted the legal teams at Merchant &amp; Gould. She began as a Client Records Specialist where she mastered various skills in conflict of interest searching, software, and research.</p>

In 2011, she was promoted to Docketing Supervisor, where she supported the legal team with a wide array of duties. She performed database configuration, researched international country laws and regulations, implemented new software systems, and prepared reports and queries for attorneys and clients, among many other duties.
