Jeff is a partner in the Atlanta office, where his practice involves all aspects of intellectual property litigation and counseling. His experience includes representation of clients in the pharmaceutical and electrical arts at trial and on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Jeff is also actively involved in representing clients in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.
Jeff works hard to add value to his clients' businesses by avoiding unnecessary expenses in litigation and identifying opportunities to bring in additional revenue via monetization of intellectual property assets. He enjoys establishing a strong relationship with his clients, getting to know what drives them, and working to make their lives easier.
An experienced trial attorney, Jeff has represented major pharmaceutical companies in numerous litigations brought under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and in Section 337 actions before the U.S. International Trade Commission. He also has represented electronics companies in patent infringement litigation involving semiconductor circuitry, telephony, microprocessor hardware and software, network security, and automotive airbag deployment software.
