Garrett oversees the creation of patents in multiple industries, including machinery, consumer products and user applications. He manages patent drafting for all of Merchant and Gould’s offices, primarily focusing on utility patents.
From creating patent drawings to tracking deadlines, Garrett’s skills allow him to quickly meet the needs of the legal team. Once he receives incoming requests, he prioritizes and delegates projects to his team. He also determines whether further information is needed to proceed with designs and all graphic-related matters.
