As an International Legal Specialist, Breanna performs several tasks each day to support the firm’s foreign clients and IP attorneys. She develops and polishes legal documents to support the proper prosecution of patents and also drafts correspondence regarding patent applications and filings.

Breanna also works to resolve patent data discrepancies and uses USPTO and WIPO, among other legal resources to gather relevant documents for the completion of each client case. She also prepares and files legal documents and patent applications and pays associated prosecution fees on the attorneys’ behalf.
