The recent backlash by the outdoor community to Backcountry.com’s aggressive trademark enforcement practices underscores the importance of policing your rights in a way that does not harm your mark or reputation.

In this complimentary CLE, a panel of in-house trademark experts will discuss the Backcountry.com case, other instances of trademark enforcement gone awry, and ideas for protecting your brands without creating a Backcountry.com-style backlash. We will also have a brief networking session with beverages and hors d’oeuvres after the discussion.
